Master Bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed, Mattress protector, bed sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillow cover, study desk and chair, side table, closet, curtains or blinds, lighting, and smart TV for your convenience.
Pricing: Monthly Room Rent + Security Deposit $800 + One time $300 Service Fee per stay. Service Fee is a nonrefundable one-time fee to cover the administrative, move in cleaning and welcome kit costs. In the welcome kit you will have a set of new fresh linen, new fresh pillow, pillow Cover, duvet cover, a cell phone charger and a charging cable. Those are yours don’t forget to take those with you while moving out.
Room Features: Master Bedrooms are fully furnished with a twin-size bed, Mattress protector, bed sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillow cover, study desk and chair, side table, closet, curtains or blinds, lighting, and smart TV for your convenience.
Apartment Features: Shared dining area and kitchen with including dining table and chairs, dishwasher, fridge, cooktop, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.
Laundry: In unit shared free Washer / Dryer.
Basic Rules and Terms: No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping, No Overnight Guests, Parties Not Allowed.
Amenities: Gym, Swimming pool, Concierge – Doorman, Free Wi-Fi Internet, On-site Security, Fully Furnished Room, Smart TV in the Room, Washer / Dryer, Utilities Included.

Payment Plan:
After the acceptance of your booking : C$1,600 First Month Rent + C$800 Security Deposit + C$300 One time Service Fee. Total C$2,700.
Monthly rent payments: After the first month you will be paying C$1,600 monthly rent due on or before the first day of each month.
Return of security deposit: C$800 security deposit will be refunded 30 calendar days after the tenancy agreement ends. To have your Security Deposit paid back please be sure all contractual obligations have completed fully and timely.
