Before Arrival:
If the cancellation request is received minimum 31 days in advance before move-in date, the Resident’s liability will be waived for the balance of the rent for the remainder of the term. The rental amount and service fee paid will be refunded in 21 days. Because of cancelation the security deposit is not refundable. All bank transfer costs will be charged to resident.

If the cancellation request is received in less than 31 days of the arrival, the Resident will be charged a full one-month rental payment and his/her liability for the balance of the rent will be waived for the remainder of the term. After Arrival:
If Resident terminates the agreement early, resident will be responsible for paying the agreed monthly rent till the end of signed lease period. $250 cancellation fee will be charged to cover the administrative and cleaning works. Also, resident will be responsible for the cost of painting of the room (if needed) to have it ready for the new tenant.
If unexpected circumstances force the Resident to leave early Management may consider releasing the Resident from some of the contractual obligations.
The termination request must be due to an extenuating circumstance (e.g., serious illness, government obligation, visa refusal, other health issues, drop out from university) and be supported by proof from an authorized agency. Management will consider these circumstances as valid reasons for early termination.
If the resident finds a suitable replacement (with management’s satisfaction and approval) to occupy the room/apartment for the remainder of the Agreement without any vacancy gap between two bookings. The accommodation application of the new person shall be approved by the management, and an admin fee will be charged for the verification, onboarding and admission of the new resident.
In either case, the Resident will be responsible for the rent until a suitable replacement starts the tenancy or until the original lease term of the Resident comes to an end, whichever occurs first. In other words, the Resident will pay both the cancellation fee $250 and the rent for the vacant period until the new replacement tenancy starts.
In the case of resident’s moving out without notice, the resident will be responsible for rent until the lease end date.
