Service Fee is a $300 nonrefundable one-time fee to cover the administrative, move in cleaning and welcome kit costs.
In the welcome kit you will have a set of new fresh linen, new fresh pillow, pillow Cover, duvet cover, a cell phone charger and a charging cable. Those are yours don’t forget to take those with you while moving out.
